- Overall monitoring of production with respect to manpower, machine, and process by lean manufacturing method.

- Year on Year Product costing and releasing to the Plant finance.

- Cost reduction and QVE activities for the existing Products.

- Estimating the cycle time and Preparing the BOM for NPD – for product cost calculations.

- Production planning and scheduling the production as per the floor capacity.

- Correlate planning and scheduling with manpower and machine loading section.

- Managing the production schedule for the plant to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

- Managing the production supervisors and dispatch in charge to have on-time production and delivery.

- Identification & implementation of specific projects to improve the safety, reliability, integrity, efficiency, and capacity of the Plant as per ISO Standards.

- Conducting monthly meetings with all departments and preparing reports.

- Prepares production reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and preparing monthly performance reviews and other production presentations.
