Current Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the management of the Network Operations Team and 2nd & 3rd line support for all Network related issue.
• Supervising daily operations by monitoring incident and change queues.
• Maintaining various team Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports like Utilization, call, SLA, MTTR.
• Identifies and acts upon opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce operational risks, optimize efficiency and improve standards.

Previous Responsibilities:

• Worked as Tier 3 engineer supporting Hosting, Network and Security services of various customers.
• Handled Priority 1 incidents by involving in joint troubleshooting calls with customer.
• Carried out resolution for escalations raised by Tier 2 teams and provide speedy resolution to all WAN & LAN related issues.
• Involved in hosting migrations and implementations.
• Implemented infrastructure audits to make sure configurations of devices are in line with standards.

• Design and Implement network infrastructure for Toyota Group of Companies in India.
• Implemented MPLS and international link failover as per Client requirement for AISIN
  India.

• Working in Core network operations team for all critical Incidents across facilities within India.
• Configuring and maintaining Base-line standards for all Network devices. Facing internal and external audit happening time to time for certifications.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting LAN, MAN, and WAN infrastructure across facilities in different cities in India.
• Handling Escalations of operations for all technical related issues.

• Responsible for troubleshooting Leased line, ISDN, PSTN issues with ISP and field engineers.
• Configured and troubleshot customer devices (i.e., Cisco 1700, 1800, 7200 routers).
• Worked as field engineer for customer SBI for 2 months.
