• Analyzing and releasing superannuation payments post verification of KYC and AML compliance
• Deal with core financial transactions for the bank adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs
• Acting as a first line of contact and trusted specialist providing necessary support in resolving customer issues related to Superannuation withdrawal
• Updating most recent and accurate customer-specific data in various registries
• Handling 50-60 Australian and Overseas superannuation payments per day
• Analysis of share price movements resulting in fluctuation of superannuation balance of clients before processing payments
• Analyze MI report trends and spikes and ensure all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
• Participate in BVT (Build Vitality Testing) related to system enhancements, project implementations and new initiatives
