Projects

  • Effect of Stacking Order on the Formation of Cu₂CdSnS₄ Thin Films synthesised using Thermal Evaporation Technique.

This work intend to show the effect of stacking order for the synthesis of single phase Cu₂CdSnS₄ thin film using thermal evaporation for the photovoltaic applications. Cu, CdS and Sn precursors were deposited sequentially by  evaporation and subsequently subjected to sulfurization to obtain CCTS thin films. In order to  obtain pure phase CCTS thin film, three combinations of Cu-Sn-CdS stack order were attempted  in the sequential thermal evaporation.

  • Spectral analysis using transmission grating

The value of Rydberg constant of hydrogen atom was calculated and explained the absorption spectra of KMn04.
