I'm Vishnu Vardhan Reddy Kosanam, a curious and innovative problem-solver, holding a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in IT from Malla Reddy University, which I'm completing in May 2025. I'm passionate about exploring opportunities in the software industry, eager to leverage my abilities for both personal and professional growth. My goal is to collaborate with forward-thinking teams to develop modern solutions that can truly transform how people live, work, and interact.
Currently, I'm gaining valuable experience as a "Data Analyst Trainee" at White Scholars Academy. In this role, which I started in July 2025, I'm actively performing data analysis and visualization using Python libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, as well as Excel, where I utilize Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and Macros. A significant part of my work involves developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, using calculated fields, filters, and advanced visualizations to support real-time decision-making. I also work on end-to-end data workflows, which include SQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions), web scraping with Beautiful Soup, and data transformation using Alteryx.
Prior to this, I gained practical experience as a "Web Developer Intern" at Apex Planet from April to June 2025. In this role, I focused on building responsive websites and developing front-end components, utilizing key technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
Additionally, I worked as a "Cybersecurity Intern" at Edunet Foundation from May to July 2025. In this role, I performed vulnerability assessments, monitored security systems, conducted penetration testing, analyzed security logs, and used specific security tools/software.
One of my major projects involved "An Exploration of ML Approaches for Early Detection of Autism Spectrum Disorder" where I served as Team Supervisor. I successfully developed ML models, specifically Random Forest and SVM, achieving a high accuracy of 92% in identifying ASD based on behavioral and medical data. This project also involved applying various data preprocessing techniques like normalization, encoding, outlier removal, and feature selection, and I deployed the best-performing model using Streamlit to create a web-based interface for real-time prediction.
