Creating desired sales behavior in the team by ensuring DSR (Daily Sales Reporting) from the Assistant Managers, Deputy Manager & Territory Manager. Offering guidance & training for business to the team and attending joint calls wherever required and assisting them in handling objections & closing the deals.
