• Managing 3rd party application updates through Patch My PC application, troubleshooting and maintaining 95% compliance rate
• Windows Server onboarding to Defender antivirus solution in project
• Taking care of User escalations and fulfilling the request with customer high satisfaction rate till now
• Handling Priority 1 to 4 incidents, preparing RCA and Change Implementation as per need
• Working on Quarterly reported Vulnerability remediation for Patch, upgrade & configuration changes
