• Project – SCF Integration(Factoring and Reverse Factoring)
• Lead the team of all the business analysts for the overall project of SCF- CMP integration
• Gathering requirements and discussing regulatory framework by working closely with stakeholder and business teams and supporting preparation of BRD.
• Analysis of As-Is state and solution proposal for the to be state
• Documenting high level requirements, FRD and other artifacts
• Creating UML diagrams
• Creating user stories and adding the acceptance criteria for the requirement and explaining the same to developer's and testers
• Extracted various data using SQL queries to prepare test scenarios feed for the system

• Involved in UAT and UAT support.

• Responsible for credit analysis, preparation and presentation of proposals for term loans and working capital finance requirements

• Interacting with senior management of the corporate like CFO/CXO/MD/CTO to maintain the overall relationship.

• Handling Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) for the corporate Clients and handling regulatory compliances for FDIs of clients.

• Co-ordination with other teams like tech, product, implementation, credit, risk, treasury, salary, channel finance, capital account etc to onboard clients on various other products.
