• Managing the Schneider account, overseeing a team of 194 members divided between Schneider Digital (53 members) and Schneider Electric R&D (141 members), collectively working on 127 projects. My primary responsibility is managing the EAE project team within Schneider.
• The Schneider team encountered a challenge, which we skillfully transformed into an opportunity. We presented a well-crafted proposal and successfully converted it into a business, securing a bill rate worth INR 1.5 crore per year without any negotiation. Our dedicated five-member team will manage this for the first year, with an expected annual growth of 20%.
• Successfully converted an opportunity with Blackbaud (US Client) and converted to business with 6 member team worth INR 3.5 cr/yr. Managing the Blackbaud project since May 2024.
• Helped convert an opportunity with Monoprice (US Client) into business starting with 6 members team worth INR 4 cr/yr for the first year and increase by 20% every year.
• Facilitated strong team collaboration through effective meeting management, open communication channels, and timely resolution of conflicts or issues.

• Within 15 days, We stabilized the Q-Tickets product, which had been experiencing major performance issues and frequent downtimes during peak times for months. By identifying and resolving loopholes and memory leaks, we optimized the product's performance using the tool called Dynatrace.
