Below are the key projects which were developed & delivered (from start to end) for the organization:

• Ultima CRM system, a web based application for Pest Control services, which includes process of Customer On boarding, Site Inspections, Contract management, Invoicing, Service management, etc
• Breath Analyzer System, a web based application to capture data sent by the Breath Analyzer system (at server side) for reporting & Analytic purposes. This was deployed for Mumbai Traffic Police form our side.
• IT MIS System, used by IT dept which integrates with Ticket Management System and Project management systems and generates Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
• SSO implementation (with development) for all applicable applications: Implementing SSO with Okta as IDP for around 50+ applications.
• WAF (Web Application Firewall) configuration & setup for all critical applications (around 20 applications)
• Conducting WAPT (Web Application Penetration Testing) including scanning & fixing of identified security vulnerabilities across all applicable applications (50+)
• Mediclaim System for Employees, a web based tool to capture employee Medical policy details and their respective family dependents (as per the company's medical policy)
• Yearly Budget Capturing System for Sales Team
• Monthly Forecasting system for Sales Team
• User Identity Management system for all Employees & Consultants (UGDN) : Identity management for all UPL users, which is strongly integrated with Okta & Active Directory.
• Data Integration between multiple systems through APIs and CSV files

• Reworked applications to meet individual customer demands.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnostics to uncover root malfunctions.

Designed, developed and implemented following software applications,

• A web based ERP system covering most of the business process: This ERP was in the domain of Industrial Waste Management/Treatment. The ERP covered Gate In/Out, Accounting, Invoicing, QA Lab Tests & Approvals, Waste Treatment process in Plant, Material Management (including Gatepass, Stock Inventory, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders). Was deployed across 3 different Factory Units. This also included Barcoding of waste samples for QA, and also a Boom Barrier system to control Vehicle In/Out movement at Gate.
• Vehicle Movement & Weighment Tracking System: This is a web based application which helps manage Vehicle movement inside factory premises. Also auto captures vehicle weighments using RF Card technology (driver-less weighment system). This was deployed successfully across 9 factory units.
• Warehouse System: A web application for tracking Finished Goods and Raw material stored in Warehouses (at Factory Units). This system helps in inventory management at Warehouse with a warehouse visual layout similar to how you book online tickets for movies.
• Drum Filling System: A web application which integrates with Drum Filling system (af Manufacturing locations) and captures the weight of each drums during batch production cycle. Features Barcode labeling on the Drums also. Helps the Plant team to track drum weighment (passed/failed status) for each drums in a batch.
• Transit Checkpoint System (TCP): A web application for the Security team across all factory units. This app is to track movement of the Export Materials (in Vehicles) from factory site to the JNPT port.

• Software development & Web designing
• Developing new share market data feed processing systems, for the firm, with JAVA (Core Java, Swing, Networking) as the development platform.
• Website designing & management for the firm.
• Managing all other IT related activities.

Developed following applications during this period:

• Human Resource Management System in Visual Basic 6 with Oracle as back end.
• Internet Search Engine in Java, JSP & SERVLETS using Oracle as back-end.
• Simple POP3/SMTP Email Server in JAVA.

• Developed an application on "Inventory Management System’ in Visual Basic 6 for the firm which was implemented successfully.
