The ideation and development was done by me and ServiceNow team worked along with IoT and Microsoft Hololens team to develop the solution., ServiceNow, UX / UI , AR, IoT, Conceptualized and proposed the idea of implementing a fleet management solution with augmented reality., IoT devices were configured to capture vehicle Telemetry and then transfer it over to ServiceNow., ServiceNow tables were created to store information of each car in the fleet., Vehicle management portal was created in ServiceNow to display the vehicle information and open work orders on the portal., Performance Analytics was configured to report against each vehicle in the Fleet., Augmented Reality application was developed for Microsoft Hololens., UX/UI for the graphics in the Microsoft hololens was designed and added to the visualization on the Microsoft hololens glass., Integration was completed between ServiceNow and Hololens to transfer data based on the need., Enabled Creation of ticket in ServiceNow by hand gestures in thin air while using the Microsoft Hololens.
  • Performance Analytics Implementation, Internal Customer, September 2016 till Date, Manager / ServiceNow Developer, The project’s objective is to develop reports using the Performance Analytics module in ServiceNow to demonstrate how certain Services and Service Functions are performing on a monthly and Fiscal year basis. There are various KPIs Indicators that, have been built to demonstrate this on a dashboard for the leadership to see and analyze., ServiceNow, Designed the approach in implementing the Performance Analytics reports., Created Design document, Configured Data sources (Indicator and Breakdown sources)., Created Scheduled data collection jobs to retrieve data for these indicator sources., Created Indicators for the necessary KPIs as per the requirement., Created Breakdowns using the already configured breakdown sources., Mapped Breakdowns with Indicators as required., Created Widgets and configured them by adding the required indicators., Added Widgets to Dashboards., Configured dashboards to display widgets as per requirements.
  • ServiceNow Integration with Robotic Process Automation, For Knowledge Conference 2016 (Internal), April 2016 till May 2016, Manager / ServiceNow Developer, The project’s aim was to demonstrate the ability of ServiceNow to Integrate with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software “Blue Prism”. Procurement management system would communicate requests to RPA tool and RPA would create and source for quotations from vendors in a separate Procurement tool. Whenever, a quotation was received, it would then transfer the information to ServiceNow. This quotation would be verified by the Procurement manager in ServiceNow and give the go ahead. RPA tool would then update the necessary details automatically on to the procurement tool and order the item with no manual intervention. This was showcased in Ernst and Young booth in the Knowledge conference., ServiceNow, RPA tool Blue Prism, Javascript, Guided the team on the process, Managed Blue prism RPA team and helped ServiceNow team to integrate with the tool successfully., Guided the team to create a catalog item to place requests on behalf of the procurement manager.
  • ServiceNow Field Service Management with IoT (Internet of Things), For Knowledge Conference 2016 (Internal), April 2016 till May 2016, Manager / ServiceNow Developer, The project was done to demonstrate the ability of ServiceNow to integrate with Internet of Things (IoT) device. Field Service Management module in ServiceNow was to receive data from an IoT Device. In this case, a simulated car crash sends geolocation data to ServiceNow with the details of the insurance policy. This data is used by ServiceNow to identify the nearest agent using geo location data to assign the Case record to the agent. Agent accepts the case and contacts customer before the customer has to call the insurance company. The concept was used to give the customers a good experience., IoT, Python, ServiceNow , Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Developed Architecture model for the proposed solution., Ideated the proposed solution, guided team to make the IoT Device and built the CMS portal., Configured the Field Service Management Portal to handle insurance cases and assign agents and dispatchers to the cases being created with data received from IoT device., CMS portal was created to give a UI Wrapper to the Field Service Management module.
  • Enterprise App Store – ServiceNow Content Management System, Internal Project, September 2015 till December 2015, ITIL Consultant / ServiceNow Developer, This Project’s objective is to develop and deliver a custom portal to enable users to request and install new apps from ServiceNow. The concept is to implement Enterprise app store from where users can browse, select and download apps., ServiceNow , Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Developed Architecture model to understand the possible solution., Came up with custom solution to build the portal and integrate workflows., Mimicked the request fulfillment system within ServiceNow with a custom solution similar to Requested Items and Request modules of ServiceNow., Developed UI scripts and invoked them within the UI pages as necessary., Implemented the Product rating for Apps in ServiceNow., Enabled custom workflows to kick of request systems for requested apps., Created product slider for related apps., Developed reusable components for the portal in the forms of UI macros, Dynamic blocks. Header, footer etc and product ratings., Developed Jelly Scripts for retrieving data from ServiceNow and displaying them on the pages., Integrated the functionality into the HTML blocks, Customized CSS and themes to achieve the styling requirements.
