As a Third-year medical student at the Medical University of Sofia, I am committed to enhancing healthcare through a proactive approach that combines research and practical experience. I am particularly interested in cardiology, gynaecology, emergency medicine and, Psychology. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on patient care. My education is rounded off by active involvement in student medical associations like the AMSB and volunteer work at the Council of Refugee Women in Bulgaria, which have honed my group management, communication and teamwork skills. I am keen to join fellow students, researchers, and great minds in the field to share insights and explore collaborative opportunities in medical research.
I love reading a various range of genres from non-fiction to Autobiographies. My top three favorite Books that I would recommend to anyone are Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini and Chanakya - The Master of Statecraft by Deepa Agarwal. While I do love reading novels, Its also quite refreshing to read classic poems by Robert brown, and Emily Dickinson. My most favorite poem of all time would be The Road Not Taken by Robert Brown. I've also taken up on the hobby to write some poems and some of which were published in my local student newspaper.
I also love singing and have learnt Classical Carnatic Music for 13 yrs and enjoy a good vocal session. I love to draw minimalistic art and DIY crafts once in while and am quite adept at knitting a scarf.
