• Scheduling Trucks for customer to pickup waste paper and fiber for recycling.
• Coordinating with mill, customer and truck driver for smooth process
• Preparing Daily report.
• Vessel booking for Export.
• SI submission.

• Handling Road way , Air way , Water way Customs clearance for Canada Import .
• Verifying all documents and sending report to Canada office for clearance .
• E-mail and telephone communication with Agency and customers.
• Tracking of containers in water way clearance .
• Handling customers query and escalation on E-mail.
• Tracking all shipment start to end process .
• Completing all shipment as per time bond

• Handling Export operations on daily basis. (Ocean cargo)
• Planning & Executing orders received from customers.
• Coordinating with Shipping lines & Freight forwarders for Bookings, SI submissions, Bill of Lading etc.
• Coordinating with Warehouses & Truckers to make sure all the containers are loaded & in gated inside port on time.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for international trade transactions, including invoices,
  bills of lading and certificates of origin
• Managing inventory levels by monitoring sales orders against stock availability.
• Maintain Purchase related activities on Oracle JD Edwards-ERP system.

• Preparation of Detention & Demurrage charges in LARA System.
• Comparing, Verifying, validating and for any discrepancies of Numbers and types of containers
loaded, discharge for particular Port.
• Handling customer escalation with providing end to end resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to all the complaints, request and queries received over emails and phone calls.
• Keep records of customer interaction and transaction, inquires and complaints.
• Follow-up with internal department to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer request.
• Communicating with US Agency and customer through emails.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports using MS Excel, Word and Power Point and sending report to US Agency.
• Also providing the training to the new joiner and performing the audit task.

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
