• Took Project Execution Lead (Scrum Master and Facilitator) role for entire team of 12-13 members which was set out to provide Evaluation GUI development & support for ~8 Product Lines for a renowned Semiconductor company. Also, played acting Project Manager role until this position was filled.
• Conducted regular progress reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Spearheaded Agile adoption among team members in order to convert the projects to follow Agile approach.
• Worked with manager to increase overall utilization(productivity) of project team by 15% (from ~60% to ~75%) within 1 year after taking up this role.
• Helped internal stakeholders to outline Statement of Work (SoW's) to facilitate Agile mode of execution.

• Took the ownership of developing C++ Linux application that runs as backbone for Machine Vision Smart Camera named NUERA developed in-house by Soliton (This was the first ever Smart Camera developed locally in India. • Instrumental in developing core software framework that runs in Linux and is responsible for running predefined OpenCV Image Processing algorithms.

• Created image processing algorithms for multiple field applications like QR code reading, Alignment monitoring, etc.
• Worked with communication protocols like TCP-IP to achieve client-server handling for field applications.
• Obtained essential skills like Git, Makefile, Bash scripting, etc in order to develop and run automation scripts in Linux.
• Participated in field visits and Tech Expo's to facilitate product demo and client meetings.

• Played Junior Engineer cum Developer role in Image processing project based on LabVIEW, that was developed for a major Jewels manufacturing company.
• Conducted several benchmark tests on sample Jewels using Image Processing algorithm and played crucial role in fine tuning algorithm to detect loose stones.
• Took ownership for design documentation, Project handover, KT and Sign-off.
• Played Junior Developer (LabVIEW) role in Project Team which was developing software for company (one among top 10 Semiconductor companies worldwide).
• Instrumental in developing several device driver modules for multiple Automated Test equipments.
