Currently handling our new project with the state government of Andhra Pradesh, which is a worth of 2100 crores, under Public Private Partnership (PPP) titled as Aurobindo Emergency Medical Services since 2020 and operating 6500+ manpower from our Corporate Office Hyderabad.
Worked in the API manufacturing facility during 2018 To 2020 and handled Unit-I, Unit- IX & Oncology Units and responsible overall HR operations for about 3000+ manpower.
Worked in the R&D facility during 2011 To 2018 in Hyderabad, having manpower more than 1500+ employees and majority of them are Research Scientists working in various verticals such as API, Formulations, Peptides, Enzymes & Aurobindo Training & Development Centre.
Functionally reports to Senior Vice President - HR and a team of 12 reports directly.
Handled hiring for R&D (API, Formulations, Peptides, and Oncology & Biocatalysts) verticals and build the active pipeline of potential candidates via various channels with cost and time effective recruitment sources.
Gather manpower requirement as per the approved budget; Interact regularly with the business heads to understand talent needs for the business that ensures timely deployment of resources with requisite capabilities.
Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organizations.
