Agency prepayment and Loan Data - Reporting and Data Engineering

• On Boarded 8 Data Modules available from Vendor onto Bank's Database
• Collaborated with QSG to build a benchmark prepayment model using linear regression using the past two months of data to include the forecasting within the daily prepayment report.
• Code to Calculate and generate the prepayment reports for internal desk users
  Built reconciliation reports to track any breaks in data downloads.
  Average data size per 256M records per file on monthly basis and 20M records per file on daily basis.
  Worked and Completed Support team onboarding to maintain the system and provide L1 level support to the users.

Optimus - Chat bot for Business

• Part of core team for the Optimus Chat bot initiative which includes development of core libraries and
  APIs for the chat bot to access the data.
• Successfully onboarded Intents for multiple teams on to the chat bot framework.
• Successfully completed pilot for rasa open source to rasa pro migration
• Successfully completed pilot for replacing rules with flows to trigger the business logic

As a part of Content team - Agent enablement - Community Operations I was responsible for Help center
content analysis and development

• Create metrics to track the help center content.
• Check content quality through different parameters like CSAT, FCR, Resolution time etc. Analyze saved replies to effectiveness and usage
• Analyze anomalies in saved replies to usage
• Creating Dashboards and Deep Dive reports
• Communicate the analysis to stake holders for operational decisions.
• Creating upstream data tables from schema less data tables for improving query
  time and making the content data more relational.
• Using google cloud as a data warehouse to create upstream data models.

As a part of the manufacturing team was responsible for designing solutions using SAP data tables to analyze
the performance in the following domains
