- Lead a team of 7 consultants and mentor them in defining functionalities for customers and developing expertise as a domain consultant, mainly in the domain of Logistics and Supply chain management
- Participate actively in various ideation workshops to provide new features/applications that may solve actual business problems
- Research and prepare detailed competitive-analysis documents for a particular industry sector, which can be published internally/to customers
- Lead RFP discussions with prospective clients in articulating business problems and potential solutions
Projects: XPO Logistics and Canadian National Rail
- Analyze existing business workflows and systems associated
- For XPO, proposed new solutions/features for solving business problem faced by various business units within XPO focusing mainly on road transportation (FTL and LTL) and Last mile
- For CN, defined functionalities such as Terminal Management (Pre-gating and In-gating) for drivers, Communication between Drivers and dispatchers by suggesting features in the dispatch system, Pickup and Delivery management for drivers and related tracking
- Work closely with Client product managers (on-site) in understanding business use-cases and defining requirements
- Brainstorm constantly with Architecture team to come up with optimum solutions for the business problems
- Worked closely with the UX team to develop mock-ups
- Build user stories and groom them with development team members and QA team members for proper hand over from Product to Engineering
- Review the test cases prepared by the QA team
- Validate the changes before releasing the changes to Production environment
- Constantly monitor usage of the application using various BI reports and arrive at actual ROI
