Responsibilities:

  • It is an OLC implementation project where i stationed 10 months in client site worked with the stakeholders closely. Successfully rolled out the fusion learning platform for six countries, 20K+ users
  • Conducted an early workshop program to all key persons in the project and provided them insights on the product functionality
  • Designed the complete learning management process including learning initiatives, Pre-Requisites, Outcomes, learning assignments, Courses, Offerings and Activities with different types of contents
  • Helped the customer in decommissioning their existing learning platform and worked with the technical folks in loading the history learning data into Fusion application

  • Defined set of security rules in terms access to the courses based on countries and languages
