• Market Control Room Power BI Dashboard - Developed a Power BI dashboard that provides information on the pipeline, revenue, sales, and performance across the UK and Ireland consulting.
• Hygiene Dashboard & Email Automation - The project involved developing a Power BI dashboard to maintain data accuracy in the pipeline across the UK and Ireland consulting. The dashboard identified the issues in the SAP platform, and with the help of Power Automate, triggered automated emails to the necessary users involved, asking them to resolve the data inaccuracy.

Part of the Digital and Advanced Analytics team. Handled the data visualization and automation team of four.

Projects

• Price Factor Variance(PFV) Project - Pricing comparison project. The model helped in comparing various competition products by normalizing the mismatched components by giving it a value. We were able to increase the scope of comparison against competition using this model.
• Dashboarding for Entire EMEA Region - Created Business Intelligence Dashboard for 12 Countries on Google Data Studio & PowerBi. Project was created for predicting competitive pricing and track competitive projects. Took responsibility in the entire project the from basics data structuring to creating logics and visual. We were able to expand business and add more regions because of the Dashboard.
• Language Translation Project- Developed a process to Translate customer reviews in different languages to English using Excel Macro, Python and Google Translation Services. Process helped to save close to 48 LPA.
• Process Automation - Automated the reports for 12 countries by working together with the ETL Team. Automation helped in saving in one FTE in terms of effort.

Projects

• Handled Open Enrollment - Handled the yearly open enrolment process, which involved in testing personal information data for 28 vendors. Successfully managed to add 4 more vendors which involved in the implementation and testing of new process.
• New Client Onboarding - Was part of the team that handled the onboarding process of new client.
