SQL DBA (On‑Prem & AWS) | Cloud & Migration Experience
SQL Server DBA across On‑Premises and AWS Cloud environments
• Administer, support, and monitor SQL Server databases across On‑Prem and AWS Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance for Production, Test, and Development environments.
• Handle SQL Server monitoring and incident management, assign tickets to shift members, and ensure proper shift handover and 24×7 operational continuity.
• Perform database backup and restore operations, including Production to Test and cross‑environment restores for migrations, testing, and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blocking sessions, deadlocks, long‑running queries, and performance issues with root cause analysis.
• Execute change and maintenance scripts in Production environments following approved change management processes.
• Perform SQL Server patching and upgrades on Standalone servers and Always On Availability Group (AG) servers.
• Monitor SQL Server Agent jobs, identify failures, and fix or rerun jobs based on business needs.
• Configure and manage Full, Differential, and Transaction Log backups for newly created and migrated databases.
• Manage database security, including user creation, role assignment, object‑level permissions, and resolving connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot disk space, TempDB, data file, and log file growth issues, implementing permanent fixes and capacity planning recommendations.
• Monitor database growth trends and coordinate with application teams for data purging, archiving, or storage expansion.
• Add and remove databases from Always On Availability Groups and perform planned and unplanned failovers.
• Lead and support database and server migrations from On‑Premises to AWS, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and post‑migration validation.
• Support SQL Server workloads hosted on AWS infrastructure and perform post‑migration performance tuning and stabilization.

ServiceNow Developer – Source to Pay (S2P)
ServiceNow Developer | 2024 – Present
• Working as a ServiceNow Developer on Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) modules supporting end‑to‑end procurement processes.
• Involved in requirement analysis, configuration, development, and enhancement of S2P workflows based on business requirements.
• Configure and support Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, and Approval workflows in ServiceNow.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and Forms for S2P use cases.
• Support integrations between S2P and downstream systems to ensure smooth data flow.
