In my current role at Dell, I am leading the Digital Human and Gen AI-enabled consulting practice. Working with internal and external customers, providing the best of industry solutions using the latest and greatest Generative AI technologies, the organization propels the Cloud Sales funnels and operations for enabling customers and partners, with responsible AI and cost/platform optimization at the core. Working with sales to showcase Dell Technologies' generative AI capability and help customers understand how they can leverage generative AI in their organization.
Cross-functional expertise entails building and leveraging NVAIE, Uneeq, AI Copilots, OpenAI, GPT/LLM, LLMOps, MLOps, Prompt Engineering, Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric, Prompt Flow, Vector Indexing and DB, Vector Embeddings, Deep Learning, and open source/enterprise frameworks – model building, serving, and inference architecture, ECS, Azure Kubernetes Service/Container Instances, TFX/TensorFlow Serving and Torch, Kubeflow, Serverless Functions, and Azure Web Apps for cloud-native and microservices-based deployments, Azure, etc.
Question answering, summarization, Text2SQL, content authoring automation, entity and image recognition, and concept prediction by use of NLP/NLG techniques like GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4, text-embedding-ada-002, Langchain, Llama Index, FAISS, USE, BERT, T5, Longformer, etc. Besides other deep neural networks/transformers, transfer learning techniques, SOTA, and more.
Generative AI Agentic: Building AI agentic applications using Autogen, Langgraph, Nvidia blueprints, etc.
Model Optimization – Quantization, Pruning, Distillation, etc. Designed, parallelized, scalable, and secure ML/NLP applications in the Cloud (Azure) and on-premise data center; GPU vs. CPU workload management.
Big Data architecture and engineering – MS Data Fabric, data lake house, Starburst distributed and parallel processing (Spark), data/CI/CD pipelines, embedded multithreading/multiprocessing as applicable, data governance, security, etc.
Drove the Cognitive products' delivery in terms of the creation and envisioning of an NLP-based document platform (platform as a product offering), initiating rapid prototyping.
Strategized and built cloud-specific (Azure) infrastructure/deployment and MLOps architecture, involving model experimentation, registry, data drift, and feature store introduction.
Evaluated potential vendors, partners, and tools in the Advanced NLP, ML, MLOps, and Search space.
Successfully rolled out AI/ML, Ops, and Automation Projects involving defining scope, timelines, analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks, and identifying dependencies within defined budgets.
