As a Subject Matter Expert, I helped associates resolve the problems they encountered while reconciling seller inventory, calculating the amount to be reimbursed for seller losses in cases such as inventory damaged at warehouse, inventory missing at inbound stations, un-returned inventory in addition to driving process improvements.
This role required me to perform virtual investigation to retrieve seller's missing inventory at warehouses, using various internal tools and interfaces such as seller central, in addition to performing calculations to determine the amount to be paid out to the seller for the losses incurred by the seller for damaged and lost inventory at warehouses.
Promoted to the role of mentor within 6 months of joining as an associate. As a mentor within the account management team, I was responsible for training newly joined associates on internal tools and processes related to seller inventory listings on Amazon page, warehouse related issues, in addition to proposing solutions that remove barriers to enable resolutions for Sellers.
