- Oversee multiple phases of the design process for a wide range of products, components, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies.
- Develop strategies to integrate new products into existing pre‐engineered building systems.
- Prepare engineering shop drawings for pre‐engineered buildings using AutoCAD and Inventor, based on reviewed architectural and structural drawings received from clients.
- Manage project tasks including: shop drawing development, Bill of Materials (BOM) generation, material verification, and release of final material for fabrication; also assist in installation based on site conditions.
- Consult and contribute in all phases of the custom building envelope system construction—design-assist, prototyping, manufacturing, and field installation.
- Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and the developed shop drawings; raise potential conflicts and propose quality solutions to customers.
- Creation of custom fabrication sketch layouts of metal panels per client specifications using Autodesk Inventor, adhering to standard CNC machine protocols.
- Maintain design quality by producing project‐wise quality reports and recommending process and quality improvements to the Project Lead.
