  • During my tenure I have Headed the sales & operational management of designated portfolio where I controlled the area of UP, Delhi, UK, HP, PB,RJ & HR.
  • I have sourced & deployed 400+ franchisee ATMs in 3.5 years since 2021 when company started franchisee business & the number keep on adding YoY.

  • Maintained & improve the ATM transactions, by reviewing the processes, performance & worked on areas of improvement, in regular intervals. Looking for 5% improvement QoQ.
  • Being a part of 300+ agreements, I have done the legal due diligence along with my legal team, ensure error free documentations, draft finalizations followed by agreement signing by both the parties.
  • Handled the cash related operations & planning at regional level to ensure the cash out percentage not more than 0-1%.
