Project Description:

SBI comprise of various applications which deals with Credit Card processing,
Maintaining customer history data as well as transaction data, customer personal
Information etc.
Department is responsible for IT related operations for SBI card business.  It executes most of critical process on behalf of other departments. It also does communication between various departments and checking file integrity checks, generate files and transfer to another department or source systems. It helps CSA to solve customer complains. It also provides various data analysis to SBIcards Business for their decision-making processes. We are maintaining defined SLA.

Responsibility:
• Built and maintained ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter; implemented parameterization and error handling for reliability.
• Resolved L2/L3 issues by analyzing session logs, database errors (Oracle/PostgreSQL), ensuring SLA compliance.
• Managed ServiceNow tickets (Incidents, Requests, CMRs) under ITIL framework.
• Developed PL/SQL scripts for data transformations and financial reporting.
