- Evaluated existing designs for failure modes in order to make improvements or modifications when necessary. Performed calculations to ensure parts met design specifications such as strength, weight, durability
- Reviewed vendor drawings and specifications as per requirement for mechanical and hydraulic components.
- Analyzed design modifications to eliminate component and system malfunctions in prototype. Also, used DFMEA technique to prioritize the fault during troubleshoot of hydraulic components.
