Custody Migration & Legal Mergers: Played a significant role in strategic projects involving custody migrations from Citibank to ABN AMRO, and legal mergers within Saxo entities across EU markets. Contributed to project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Clearing Broker Migration: Led the project for migrating a new clearing broker from a middle-office perspective. Managed the complete Futures and Options workflow, including execution setup, account creation, and IT developments related to Exercise, Assignment, Expiry, and Contra bookings. Ensured successful IT integration, operational compliance, and seamless execution flow to support trading activities and client requirements.
