i) Warehouse and Distribution: -

• Monitoring RDC Operations and resolving issues related to daily basis
• Preparing, sharing (stakeholders including HUL) and cancellations of Open POs in SAP for daily dispatches of stocks from RDC
• Report Preparation of RDC Placement Efficiency and Transit Performance (from RDC to Site) sharing it to all stakeholders (including HUL Team) on alternate day basis
• Preparation of RDC Space and sharing RDC Space Tracker to GSK Supply Chain Team on daily basis
• Contracts, TPO and Drug License management and raising alarm to stakeholders for timely actions
• Raising and closing of Deviations and CAPAs in QMS related to RDCs and vendors (including transporters) as detailed report shared by respective vendors
• Generations of POs related to RDC vendors in Ariba
• Vendors Invoice checking and sending it to Finance for payment processing
• Weekly reconciliation of Invoices and getting confirmation from finance on payment status against Invoices

ii) Freight Operations: -

• Ensuring 100% vehicle placements and on time deliveries
• Resolving day to day operational issues related to Freight operations
• Preparing MIS and driving analytics to drive placement and transit efficiency
• KPI monitoring and sharing KPI report to vendors on Quarterly basis

iii) Export Operations for Nepal: -

• Preparing Performa Invoice and sharing to Nepal team against monthly POs (received from Nepal team) in order to get LC for dispatches
• Sales Order creation and coordinating with finance for getting order release on date of dispatch
• Ask site to plan for dispatches and sharing Invoice with Packaging list
• Checking SAFTA draft (shared by custom clearance vendor) and get it approved from Supply Planner
• Sharing LR, Invoice, Packaging list along with SAFTA to Nepal team after dispatches
• Checking and approving shipping bills on mail as shared by custom clearance vendor after shipment delivery
• All document is shared to Finance after completion of shipment delivery
• Following up with vendor on placement and on documentation part.

• Freight Operations
• Ensuring 100% vehicle placements and on time deliveries
• Following up with vendors for placements and timely delivery of vehicle
• Negotiating with vendors for market vehicles and finalizing contracts
• Resolving day to day operational issues related to Freight
• Preparing MIS and driving analytics to drive placement and transit efficiency

• Job Responsibilities: -
• i) KAM (Mar 2018 – till date) - Gurugram
• • Handling Key account customers of Major clients Glaxo Pharma, Glaxo Consumer, Goodyear, etc.
• • Monitoring and follow up timely submission of bills and collection of payment from Key Accounts
• • Resolving client queries/issue and interactions as required.
• • Monitoring LVD and UVD of the customer and achieving A Lanes.
• ii) Assisting to Zonal Head and KAM (May 2016 – Feb 2018)
• • Assisting Zonal head in day-to-day operations.
• • Looking after Indent VS Placement, monitoring DEPS issue and take necessary action in coordination with Zonal Head to minimize the Damages and shortages and timely placements.
• • Timely submission of reports – Conveyance, KRA of BMs and AMs. to HO.
• • Allotting monthly performance-based cards to staffs within Zone or outside Zone.
• • Provide support to HR, Admin and other Zonal departments.
• • Preparing MIS report related to daily placement, UVD and LVD and Feeding performance of the Zone.
• • Solving audit related queries as per defined target days.
• • Coordinating with the Branch Manager in day-to-day operation related matter.
• • Handling Key accounts assigned to Zonal Head – Armstrong, Bridgestone, Avery Denssion, etc.
• • Following up for the placement and collection from Key accounts.

• Prepare and present sales quotations and project winning proposals to current and prospective clients
• Ensure timely submission of bills & collection of payments within credit period for 8 KAMs
• Preparation and maintenance of reports of the invoices budgeted & achieved revenue and business figures on customer wise on day to day & monthly basis
• Conduct Service Performance Review meeting with customer on monthly basis
• Building relationship and loyalty with customers
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients & understand their requirements and customizing their needs and services accordingly.

• Generate business from new accounts and enhance business from existing 10 accounts and ensure timely payment receiving
• Build, develop and maintain relationship with customers and increased 3 lacs turnover Branch to 14 Lacs turnover branch.
• Onboarded new customers efficiently by developing database listings, uploading information and defining related lists
