• I was awarded NPS winner in March and June 2024.
• I was also given company-wide recognition for being the voice of the customer in my initial days at Barclays.
• I was also recognized by the complaints team for handling a major complaint very well, and the customer's verbatim was: 'Again, sir, thank you for your time with this matter.' And I'm sure it will be another 35 years before I have to connect with you again.
• I was recognized along with my entire team as we faced a challenge in September 2023 to turn around -42 NPS into a positive one, and we made an incredible comeback with +11 in SBR complex.
• I was also part of colleague engagement and used to regularly host games and events on the floor with my colleagues, and I also supported during the H1 R&R 2024 award ceremony.

As the organization looked after six countries when I was employed, being part of the UK team, my KRA was to guide and help the students enroll in their dream university.

• Monitored student progress and created a report to track students' performance. Our main work was to assess a student's academic background, career goals, and preferences. We also identified their skills, interests, and career goals.
• The next process was to recommend courses, institutions, and destinations that are a good fit for the student. They also provide a detailed overview of courses, entrance exams, and visa processes. Developed and implemented courses based on students' needs and abilities, resulting in improved student engagement and satisfaction.
• The most important step was to help students with their applications, including SOPs, LORs, and essays. Afterward, we used to file application forms and verify them for submission to universities.

We also provided insights into career outcomes based on the student's preferred options.

The company was involved in education loans, personal loans, business loans, income loans, loans against property, auto loans, and forex remittances as a channel partner to leading private sector banks.

I was responsible for the marketing and business promotion of the above products through both digital and physical platforms.
