- FEBRUA RY 2 018 — P RESENT o Act as the Merchandising Product Owner for the Victoria’s Secret E-Commerce platform - Work directly with web production, merchandise planning, web development, User Experience, testing, analytics and customer care teams
- O As a Content Owner for the Victoria’s Secret E-Commerce platform –collaborated with web Production, merchandise planning, web development, User Experience, product, and analytics in Content producer o Responsible for creation of content for all digital marketing campaigns o Setup the products and merchandise on the Victoria secret site
- O Set-up content using Designed banners, Story-telling video cues on site as part of everyday site updates
- O Transitioned the digital platform to the new Content Management System (CMS) - Hippo from DIVA – Organised knowledge transfer sessions to the entire digital commerce operations team across USA (On-Site) and India
- O Performing GAP Analysis and Inventory Control based on forecasts for accurate stock replenishment in the WMS
- O Analysing insights to identify slow moving merchandise to decide on dynamic pricing or promotions as necessary.
