- Sucafina is a multinational coffee merchant in Geneva, Switzerland. They are a leading "Farm to Roaster" coffee company, specializing in sourcing, processing, and trading coffee beans. In Project Volcano, Sucafina wanted to go-live with the iRely application for the Guatemala location. Sucafina Guatemala is a coffee mill owned by Sucafina in Guatemala. This coffee mill buys parchments from producers and through milling process, it is converted to green coffee beans. These green coffee beans are sold to Sucafina’s trading companies like Sucafina SA and Sucafina NA.
- Discuss with business their current processes, reports/documents and provide solution on handling it in the iRely application.
- Converting the business processes to SOP’s along with a business flow diagram.
- Coordinate with Product and Development team to ensure the business flow works completely and identify the issues and gap if any.
- Working with the business users to ensure all the SOPs are working fine and UAT is complete, and results are signed accordingly.

- RACE (Risk Analytics and Compliance Enterprise) Cargill used for Creation of Position data platform supporting data transformation and normalization to meet the need of Cargill business user. Data from multiple sources like SAP TC1, TC2, Eka etc are brought to a data lake/centralized repository CDP (Cargill data platform). These data are further harmonised and transformed for global use. The project helps in improving the position (and underlying transaction) data quality and reduce the manual processes. The data present in Race is further accessed via BI tool such as Tableau.
- Writing user stories in Azure Dev-Ops and ensure they are correctly prioritized and picked up during sprint planning meetings.
- Discuss with business their current processes, reports/documents and provide solution on moving it to RACE.
- Coordinate with business users to ensure UAT is complete, and results are signed accordingly.
- Provide weekly project updates to management and ensure all delivery related risks are reported and necessary preventive action are agreed upon and communicated to stakeholders.

- The Adnoc project and Endur training program was all about learning and supporting the Energy business/ processes used in the market, and how Open Link Endur helps in meeting the business needs. The project was to get hands-on to the Endur application by completing certain tasks and finally concluding with a shadow project which required certain configuration and customisations in the application. - In the Project Zenith, we were supposed to analyse the existing business data (from one/multiple source), provide the solution on how the data can be further used and then transformed it to be uploaded in the new CTRM package Cargill will be using. The data included both Master data and the Transactional data, and the new package was Eka CTRM product. We have also provided solutions on Master data level and created some new master data wherever required, as per the new package.
- In the process of owning and transforming the business data, i was responsible for gathering the business data, analyse it, provide solution against the data which was missing/not fitting to the new package, discuss with the business and finally transform the data to a dataset which was acceptable by the business and upload it to the new system.
- I have used the advanced formula based excel sheets to transform the raw data into a system acceptable format.
- During this process, i have created some new automation processes/templates. Automatic transformation of data using the excel templated and minimizing the manual job as much as possible. This has helped minimising the risk of errors and reduce the lme as well.
- I was also assigned another important task of go-live hyper care and support wherein I had work with the client and other vendor on the complete transformed/migrated data, and make sure the business is smooth.
- It was quite challenging as i was interacting with many BUs for the first lme and i had to understand/ have knowledge of all the data modules, which i was able to manage well.
