Cost Sheet -

  • Managing Cost Sheet according to client requirement.


Booking Tracker -

  • Updating the Booking Tracker according to the inventory. Maintaining details of the client, contact, location, agreement value, payment plan, etc. Maintaining Brokerage details coordinating with the developer CRM team for Reconciliation, Payments, SDR track.
  • Have maintained an inventory tracker of 1000 plus units and updated 600 plus booked units in the Booking Tracker.
  • Have maintained payments updates & SD tracking by coordinating with the developers' CRM team on a weekly, monthly & LTD basis. Side by side maintaining dashboards of all the fields as required by the Management.


Customer -

  • Forms Creation All information related the project updated in the form. Ensure that GRE is on track on daily basis. Active CP on Walk-in Synopsis; source, ethnicity, location, suburb, budget, etc.
  • Maintaining crisp and clean records be it location-wise, zone-wise, ethnicity wise, source wise, manager-wise, weekly-monthly-LTD-wise, and more on as required by Management.
  • Also cleaning the CIF master on daily basis for a better understanding of the clientele walk-ins in all areas and presenting it to the SH and management on a weekly/monthly basis as and when required by the SH or Management. Operational utilization of SFDC.


OBM / IBM -

  • Ensure form is created, ensure sourcing Manager names are updated, ensure all sourcing locations are updated EOD Report in the form of FTD, MTD, LTD.
  • Have maintained OBM / IBM forms and sheets, for pre-work as well as post launch and in sustenance as well, maintained dashboards for the same activity for entire period.


Tele Calling -

  • Form Created, all callers and sourcing manager names updated, Callers Man-days, Unique CP data Callers daily attendance track.
  • Also maintaining dashboards for the same activity for period, and updating all Tele-calling masters' data on daily basis for a better understanding of the task performed by our managers and presenting it to SH and TLs.


HWCL -

  • Update and divide the Walk-in data according to the Closing Manager sheets. Reassigning them, Sourcing Manager or any other manager of some other site to the core closing team.
  • Have maintained data for a proper understanding of the follow-ups which are required by the closing & also sourcing managers regarding their HWCL ratings.
  • Maintaining individual as well as collated & consolidated sheets of all the managers and presenting them to the team and SH for better understanding of the follow-up of managers on their clientele and own self over the manager's daily tasks.


Inventory Management -

  • Managing Inventory on daily basis; typology, carpet, band wise. Tallying with the Booking Tracker.
  • Have maintained proper inventory of over 1100 plus units and maintained its dashboards for better understanding of the movement of the inventories & sales as per the availability of the units/product for sale.


Innovation / Development -

  • Developer Report on weekly basis - HO Walk-in, Booking and Inventory - Site Review Meet Report - Site & HO Tele calling Report - Site Reconciliation - Developer & HO DR team.
  • Open to discussion with the SH regarding the loopholes in the system, be it in all variables such as Tele-calling reports, Tele-calling lead generation, OBM, IBM, CIF, and Booking Tracker with the help of properly maintained dashboards.
