Rollout:

• Coordinating with the country head of finance and analyzing the potential gap. Creating a customization and GAP document based on client requirement analysis.
• Configured org structure, global settings, in-house cash settings, general ledger, AP, and AR.
• Worked on data migration as a part of rollout activity.
• Assisting the business user with UAT. Performed cutover activity.
• Led multiple FI rollouts while understanding the requirements, and created the strategy for config scope and data migration.

Support:

• I have led a small project for SERRALA Autobank and suggested two automations, which helped to reduce time and effort.
• Understanding of current business process. Addressing the New business requirements & configuration. Wo.rking on Change Request and involved in Unit testing/integration testing activities.
• KT sessions were frequently taken and given before every release of new developments into production server. Preparing understanding documents for the KT taken from the CoE team.
• Documenting the critical issues with the analysis done and the solution provided for future references. Customizing custom table and report as per client requirement.

Implementation, rollout, and support.

• Coordinating with the country head of finance and analyzing the potential gap. Creating a fit gap and GAP document based on a potential gap analysis.
• Configure withholding tax as per the country requirement. Post-implementation support includes solving the tickets, i.e., incidents and service requests related to FI and CO raised by the users from the client side.
• Interacting with end users, if required, through online meetings, phone calls, or emails for resolving the tickets based on severity levels.
• Understanding the current business process. Addressing the new business requirements and configuration. Working on the Change Request and involved in unit testing and integration testing activities.
• KT sessions are frequently taken and given before every release of new developments into the production server. Preparing understanding documents for the KT taken from the CoE team.

End User.

• Performing on SAP to book Accounts Receivable, as well as Accounts Payable, on behalf of the client for its various intercompany transactions, and ensuring it is done without errors and discrepancies.
• Posting PO and GL-based entries on SAP. Reviewing cash clearing transactions and updating metrics for the same. Keeping track of and maintaining metrics for various activities.
• Mailing to responsible authorities if there are any discrepancies in the data, along with personal comments for further processing.
