• Making itineraries and costing of domestic/inbound holiday packages/Dealing with Hotels/Transport
• Handling FTO/web queries for holiday packages

• Responsible For File Handling Of Foreign Agent or Web based Query Handling To Respective File Including And Voucher Making (All Operational Work)
• Working in Operations Departing all inbound files from Foreign agent with total Responsibility of Files materialization including Vouchers query handling regarding files.
• Transfer Representative (i.e. giving assistance at the Airport, escorting the guests, providing travel related services to the guest).
• Responsible for expanding and effective handling of the web-based business. This additional sales channel business from new clients and countries.
• File handling (i.e. looking after Hotel arrangements, Transport arrangements, making tour Itineraries for the Guest, checking and replying E-mails, billing accounting).
• Discuss and planning tours as per the clients entreats.

During my course of 14 years experience in Travel and Tourism Industry, I have handled successfully many International level conferences, trade shows & Incentives and this zeal is continue with same flavor.
