Processing end-to-end orders in SAP P20 as per OET

• Creation of Site, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Functional location and grouping same to project site
• Creating and amending Sales Order and Purchase Order as per client requisitions
• Performing Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Goods Reversal, and Delivery of services and equipment's
• Converting Purchase Requisition into Purchase Order
• Generating and processing invoices
• Coordinating with clients to obtain substitutes (replacement items) of unavailable items and share availability dates
• Communicating with US and Canadian stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any queries
• Hands-on experience of working on BASE and NOLS Tools.

• Stock Maintenance, Stock Verification, Stock Take, Stock Count by visiting stores of Big Bazaar, Central, E Zone, Brand Factory, FBB and all other Future Retail Stores
• Supervising process of stock count and scanning of stock done as per SOP
• Handling manpower and getting inventory audit done within time limit
• Ensuring stock take processes as per SOP at all stores level by store
• Ensuring post stocks inspection and communication with Zonal Officer about results and audit checklist
