• Diagnose high CPU, loops, VLAN/trunk misconfigurations using SPAN/RSPAN and packet captures; perform IOS upgrades.

ACI & Fabric

• Support ACI fabric: APIC clustering, switch discovery, fabric upgrades, multi-POD additions, and outage resolution.
• Troubleshoot TACACS, NTP, SNMP, Syslog, DNS within ACI and coordinate with Engineering for complex fixes.

Nexus / Data centre

• Hands-on with Nexus 2K/3K/5K/7K/9K: vPC, VDC, OTV, FabricPath, QoS.
• Use Ethanalyzer, ELAM, SPAN/ERSPAN and Wireshark for traffic analysis and RCA.

Routing & WAN

• Troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRF (including leaking), route-maps, and PBR; resolve convergence and redistribution issues.

Tools & Accounts

• Tools: Wireshark, Ethanalyzer, ELAM, SPAN/ERSPAN, on-box diagnostics.
• Support EPIC, Golden, and Solution Support accounts; meet SLA and productivity targets.

• Working as Service Reliability Engineer in Rolls-
  Royce project.
• Diagnosed and resolved network incidents,
  including connectivity issues, routing errors,
  and hardware failures, ensuring minimal
  downtime.
