• Select items for possible elimination on the basis of declining sales, prices, and profits, appearance of substitutes
• Following up on Production status at Vendor locations; monitoring processes, identifying deviations & implementing corrective action
• Monitoring quality control of finished products before dispatching to ensure minimum to nil faults.as an interface between the Buyer and Vendors to ensure that the production schedule is met and facilitating on time seamless delivery of shipments
• Ensure cost efficiencies, value/ cost and material wise
• Maintaining and preparing bill of material according to the consumption and quality of the material
• Developing quality reporting system SOP ensure on time achievement of targets

- Responsible for design conceptualization in line with the customers’ needs to create samples of approved sketches taking good care of fit, quality and style of the product.

- Making Development files inclusive of all Leather details for the production department, designing of men’s &Ladies Footwear, Tooling and Coordination with production, very good exposures in design any kind of leather footwear or other products.

- Interfacing with Production unit to identify specifications for product.
