Managed overall HR operations for TCI Foundation (TCIL's CSR division), including capacity building, vendor management and branding.
Working as HR generalist, supported the recruitment, payroll and personnel records and database management teams. Developed a digital grievance management system to resolve the employee and manager grievances related to payroll, time and attendance, personnel records, final settlements using ticketing system. This helped in ease of registering and tracking issues, which initially led to high volume of grievances being registered, monthly volumes increased by over 200% to about 1000 grievances registered per month. After 3 months, this started declining and in next 6 months the grievances came down to 200 per month. Overall this was a greatly admired initiative and helped reduce the time taken to resolve an issue by over 60% leading to a decisive turn around time of 2 working days to resolve employee grievances. This translated in ensuring timely and efficiently resolution of employee issue.
