Current Role: Project Manager - ADAS

Responsible for Development & series Projects in ADAS BU for Japan , Korea Market for Projects on Radar and Camera.

Responsibilities in terms of areas:

Planning:

· Building an effective Project plan considering the Time, Cost & Resource parameters

· Execution of project milestones on time resulting from an effective planning through Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodology

· Knowledge on Vehicle development activities, Basic architecture building, Software V Cycle, Testing and Validation, Homologation etc.

Risk Management:

· Capturing and documenting lesson learnt to train teams for efficient handling of projects to avoid quality issue.

· Developed the Contingency Plan by identifying and mitigating project risks related to time, cost and resource at an early stage

Project Budgeting:

· Consolidating the Overall Project Budget by using available standards Tools, templates adhering Internal Internal Process and Guidelines

Process Management:

· Ensuring smooth transition of project from RFQ to SOP Phase by undertaking Complete Responsibility and Ownership of the Project

· Knowledge on Automotive tools and processes.

Communication:

· Arrange and involve in Technical Discussions with Cross functional teams: Design team , Suppliers, Purchase and Sales

· End to End Co-ordinate with Customer , suppliers/vendors and internal engineering resources to obtain prototype parts and equipment.

Project status reporting:

· Monitoring and tracking complex programs effectively by conducting gate reviews, clear the road blocks and proactively ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management

· Conduct Weekly/Monthly status meeting to review and analyze Project Progress with the internal and external stakeholders.

Customer : Suzuki (SUZYS, SUZYBA, SUZYWD)

Product : Airbag Control Unit

Tools used: Project MPP, MSPE, RBPT, Creo, Catia, IQRM, WISE, MS Office, Sharepoint

Responsibilities:

• Lead and take part in all the design activities from concept to industrialization for Airbag & Steering Control Units and deliver technical solutions agreed with our customers
• Planning and execution of projects on time and Drive the technical dialogue with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Suppliers/Partners
• Conducting Design reviews,perform DFMEA, Design and Drawing Freeze and Perform overall tolerance stackup analysis for Product.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers/vendors and internal engineering resources to obtain prototype parts and equipment.
• Co-ordination for Proto samples , Design and develop Fixtures for product testing
• Work across Engineering , quality , Operations, Supply chain & Production to achieve deliverables within cost & time.

Knowledge of development processes for all kinds of routing media for e.g. wiring harnesses, pneumatic routing and clipping
