Currently Working as Software Engineer 2 (Boomi Support Engineer) since June 2022 and being a product support engineer my responsibilities include troubleshooting resolving customer queries related to Boomi as a product irrespective of technical aspect, Previous roles include Dell Boomi Developer , Azure Administrator and Windows Administrator. 1. Deploying the Processes to Production environment and preparing the deployment checklist
2. Scheduling the processes and monitor for any failure
3. Pulling out and Preparing reports of the process reporting
4. Troubleshooting development issues in case any failure
