• Dealing with various customer queries regarding Boomi products such as Integration, APIM, MDH, Development queries including Atom Management, WSS etc.
• Investigating and troubleshooting the issue by making sure the communication to the Boomi Atomsphere is smooth and give timely response and solution.
• Sometimes gets involved in Development task and creating new ideas for the customer as well as the Organization.
• Creates articles and videos for the public forum out of the issues we work on.
• Gets on a call whenever required to resolve ongoing technical issues by prioritizing the business Impact

• Started working as a Boomi Developer for a B2B EDI project which also involved testing before moving the code to the production environment.

Later I worked with the same project's production support team where My tasks involved

1. Deploying the Processes to Production environment and preparing the deployment checklist
2. Scheduling the processes and monitor for any failure
3. Pulling out and Preparing reports of the process reporting

4. Troubleshooting development issues in case any failure

• Creating reports for the management and customers, handling team for technical discussions and SLA

• I started my job at wipro as a project engineer on 14th of july 2014.
• There my reponsiblity was huge I learned so many technologies including wintel, citrix, excahnge server 2010, VM Ware etc.
• Job was to manage, patch and create servers for customers with monitoring the performance and keeping the load under balance.
• As per the requirement up scaling and down scaling of resources.
