Daily Store activities keeping track of Stock, Day to day recording of store material receipts
Store functions related Inward Material, Issuing Material & Dispatches
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
Monitoring Sub-Contract Procedure start to end
Monitoring the Stores Management activities and maintaining reduced inventory levels
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
Responsible for checking material against supplier’s delivery challans & invoice as per standard
Operating procedures & Maintain daily MIS report
Audit
Prepare GRN, Sales return punching, Clearation of PGI, and Sales Order Punching of customers (OEM, AM & EXP) in SAP
Prepare ASN (Advance shipment notice) and E- way bill for dispatched material
Coordinating with Sales, PPC and customer team for material supply
Coordinating with logistic and Supplier about material delivery
Responsible for perpetual goods inventory regular and non-regular parts
Responsible for submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly finish goods inventory
Provide recommendations of cost –and time efficient WH/Transport solutions in defined local or regional network Arrange
Reporting of Premium Fright Report and local transport trip sheet of Material
Drive training activities in tools/systemrelated to distribution planning & execution
Secure order fulfilment in production
Monitor, communicate and follow up on Material availability dates MAD date
Export shipment documentation work, booking in CHA and arrange Transport Vehicle
Prepare Monthly sales calculation Reports and submission of management
Ensure FIFO procedures are adhered to in all areas of warehouse & maintain 5S activity
Documental help by industrial audit ISO 9001:2008/IATF 16949/EHS 14001:2004/OSHAS 45001-2018.
