· Calibration of Instruments through HART(Level Sensor, Pressure Sensor, Flow Sensor, Flow& Level Transmitter)

· Routine calibration and maintenance of different instruments & Gauges (Pressure Gauge, T/D Gauge, RPM Gauges)

· Scheduled Installation, maintenance, calibration of transmitters, overhauling of transmitters, final control elements, pressure switches, solenoid valves, and remote operated valves.

· Compilation of documentation, handover reports, making fixtures for routine maintenance and joint calibration with the vendor.

· Worked on Gas chromatograph (Daniel model-500), Different Flow Meters(Ultrasonic flow meter of Daniel measurement solution, Electromagnetic Flow meters of ABB, Coriolis flow meter, Differential Type flow meter of Emerson)

· Worked of different Pneumatic Control Valves(Globe, Diaphragm, Pinch, Ball, Butterfly of different companies i.e. Continental ) their Erection, Commissioning & Calibration( Positioner used of Siemens)

· Gas metering system flow boss 360(Emerson process and management)
