The SWE BI Team is responsible for extracting data from multiple laboratory systems and transforming it into meaningful insights for business stakeholders. The project focuses on building robust data pipelines, performing analytical processing, delivering high-quality reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI, and providing real-time synthesis to the users. The objective is to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting that supports operational decision-making, regulatory compliance, and business performance tracking across various lab environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Business Analysts to understand and refine business requirements, then translating them into clear technical specifications, effort estimations, and proposed solution approaches.
• Design, develop, and enhance applications using .NET Core and Angular, following clean coding practices and modern architectural patterns.
• Developed serverless applications with Azure Functions, integrating with Azure Storage, and Service Bus to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Developed ETL workflows using SSIS, including data extraction, transformation, and loading for complex business datasets.
• Design and deliver interactive reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Developed and managed CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, enabling seamless application releases through Octopus Deploy, enhancing overall deployment efficiency.
• Migrating applications from legacy in-house infrastructure to a segregated application zone, enhancing security, scalability, and overall performance.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers to improve team capability and code quality.
• Providing production support for applications, ensuring stability, quick issue resolution, and minimal downtime.

The eLIMS application is a comprehensive platform used by laboratories to manage the complete lifecycle of sample processing. It enables labs to register samples, perform sample preparation, enter analytical results, carry out technical validations, generate final reports, and manage invoicing activities. The system integrates seamlessly with multiple external applications to retrieve crucial information, such as customer details, quotations, test packages, and other reference data, ensuring smooth end-to-end workflow automation.
This application plays a key role in improving laboratory efficiency, data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with Business Analysts to understand and refine business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications, effort estimations, and proposed solution designs.
• Enhanced existing applications by fixing defects, improving functionality, and developing new modules using .NET Windows Forms and WPF, in line with evolving business needs.
• Developed and enhanced web-based modules using .NET Web Forms, ensuring usability, maintainability, and performance.
• Designed and developed business reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS, enabling effective operational and analytical decision-making.
• Optimized database performance by tuning queries and indexes, and creating new stored procedures, functions, and other database objects to enhance system efficiency.

The HR and Payroll application is a comprehensive system designed to manage the complete employee lifecycle within the organization. It maintains detailed employee information, tracks leave applications and approval workflows, and automates the payroll process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements to understand project scope, functional needs, and technical feasibility.
• Created wireframes and initial application layouts to visualize workflows, user interactions, and system functionality.
• Actively contributed to database design and application architecture, including schema creation, coding structure, and component design.
• Performed maintenance activities by resolving issues, enhancing system stability, and ensuring smooth application performance.
• Led a small team of four developers, providing guidance, task allocation, and technical support to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

Europay is the official website and core platform of the company, developed as an in-house product for digital transactions. The system enables users to perform various online services, such as mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and data card payments, with additional services like train ticket booking, utility bill payments, and other digital transactions currently under development.

Responsibilities:

• Developed user interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX controls to enhance application responsiveness and user experience.
• Created and maintained database objects, including tables, stored procedures, functions, and triggers, ensuring optimized data flow and reliability.
• Built custom ASPX pages and ASMX web services to support application functionality and system integrations.
• Participated in bug fixing and application testing to improve system stability, performance, and overall quality.
