- Worked on new Diagnostics IDM development and bug fixing for In-House product IDiag used by Dell SupportAssist for Diagnosing laptop or PC.
- Engaging in daily sync up and status calls to update the progress and discuss any roadblocks or concerns.
- Understanding feature requirements,architecture and design SW development mainly in C/C++/C# language, Unit Tests development,Debugging and integration with other server HW and SW platform components, like CPU,PCH, FW, OS etc.
- Designed and developed the overall software architecture and worked in collaboration with HW and SW engineering for implementation.
- Responsible for software and Pre-boot/Platform SW-related issues during the planning,development, and validation stages of the program.
- Implemented HighContrast and tab order functionality for MonitorTest,Bluetooth,ProximitySensor and TouchPad Test.
- Designed and Developed Diagnostics for Security Hardware i.e TPM.
- Designed and Developed UI Screen,Plugin and wrapper code for implementing Proximity Sensor Diagnostics for Dell Repair Team.
- Created a diagnostic wrapper for running Diagnostics on UFS Disk and developed an understanding of disk from vendors spec sheets.
- Participated in Dell Hackathon and developed a solution to detect Free Fall in Dell Systems.
- Created a solution to collect Telemetry Data of devices from a System and to filter devices based on DeviceType,Search Pattern and Search Criteria.
- Created a POC solution with the help of Git-Hub Co-Pilot.
- Involved in all phases of agile model like iteration planning and story point estimation.
- Responsible for Onboarding New Associates On-board i.e. to give them an overview of Project Architecture, explaining roles and responsibilities, familiarizing with tools and helping them gain all the required access.
