• I am working on a project to develop an Autonomous Mobile Delivery Robot designed to deliver orders within a predefined environment.
• The robot must navigate from the start to the endpoint, avoiding obstacles and using its sensors to guide its path. Currently, we are focusing on autonomous navigation using the "PIONEER 3" robot and the "ANavS Positioning and Navigation System." GNSS is employed for global positioning, and ROS software is used for automation.
• I am developing motion planning models and have implemented SLAM with LIDAR, RADAR, and Depth Camera to enhance navigation and obstacle avoidance. The project is ongoing, with our team committed to achieving the project's goals.

• In my role in the quality department, I conducted precise daily assessments of high-end automotive components for brands like BMW, Audi, and Porsche. I measured dimensions, evaluated torque with advanced Physimeter tech, and recorded snapping force for BG 745 and 746 specifications.
• By applying Six Sigma methodologies, I drove continuous improvements and optimized quality control, ensuring components met the highest standards. This role sharpened my technical skills and reinforced my commitment to excellence in automotive manufacturing.

I was involved in Research and Development Team. Below mentioned are the task which I had performed with the team:

• Familiarization with optical 3D measurement technology (Alicona InfiniteFocus and Confovis)

• Familiarization with production technology (grinding, milling). EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Led design engineering for a company specializing in kitchen equipment for diverse clients, including multinational corporations and hospitals.
• Conducted on-site assessments for accurate measurements and utility connections, and used AutoCAD for custom floor plans.
• Designed equipment with SolidWorks and Creo, and facilitated smooth production transitions while guiding staff.
• Took on logistics responsibilities to ensure timely deliveries. Thrived in a dynamic setting, continuously learning and collaborating with a skilled team.

•Managed customer complaints for Kia Seltos, Sonet, and Carnival models.

•Conducted inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and tire rotations. •Coordinated with other service centers, led technical discussions, and performed thorough analysis to resolve issues.

•Communicated with industry representatives to address part-related concerns and implement necessary changes.

•Repaired mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, and replaced parts as needed.

•Ensured compliance with state vehicle requirements through testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.

I worked in ECM department. I was involved in implementations of changes of various parts. This engagement inculcated many interpersonal skills and professional skills. At the end a proper detailed report was prepared.
