My roles and responsibility
➢PPM (Project management tool for project onboarding and tracking and reporting to senior management), iBudget, iApproval tool exposure for issuing PO to vendor and project management activity, including project tracking and stakeholders or senior management reporting (Dashboard).
➢Handling regulatory reporting to regulatory authorities and handling auditing requirements from regulators, as part of OBIEE reporting, Handling Auditing and Audit observations including VAPT assessment and fix.
➢Requirements Gathering, writing BRD or EPIC, User Stories or FSD’s and Interface Spec Documents.
➢Elicit customer requirements, work with cross functional teams to finalize End To End Requirement.
➢Onboarding and Tracking of Projects in PPM Tool, Creation of Budget Tag, Funding proposal note, Purchase order creation based on roadmap and effort estimates.
➢Managing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining product vision and product roadmap for effort estimates.
➢Interface specification requirement discussion with respective subsystems, OBP, SOA and APIGEE / APIGW, including document creation (API Specification and mapping Documents).
➢Attending workshops with relevant stallholders (Technical and Functional Discussion)
