Root Cause Analysis & Payout Calculator

• Developed calculators to validate Actual values and Expected values of death, surrender, maturity, survival benefits.
• Performed Root Cause Analysis on actual values versus expected values derived from the calculator.
• The calculators were developed for traditional par and non-par products.

Pre-Launch Audit & System Audit

• Verifying the logics and calculations developed in Policy Administration System, Website Benefit
  Illustration and the Policy Kit issued to the policyholder.
• Identifying and creating scenarios for testing various functionalities for a product.
• Creating, reviewing expected value calculators for Death, Surrender, Maturity, Freelook
  cancellation etc.

Business Requirement Document (BRD)

• Create & Review the logics and calculation mentioned in the BRD.

Product Specification Document

• Single handedly drafted Product Specs for 25+ products which included traditional and ULIP products.

Human Resource Manager

• Managed to handle dual role of HR as well as an Actuarial Analyst.
• Set-up the SOP for attendance management, recruitment and onboarding procedure.
• Supported in introduction of PF and ESIC in the company.
