• Kickoff and site survey, JSP Job Site Preparation) submission and monitoring.
• Coordination with customer for scheduling plan and planning manpower accordingly.
• Unloading the material as per safety guidelines on site by coordinating with the third-party agency, managing, and maintaining store on site.
• Payment followup/collection.
• Monitoring Quality person's activities as per IPQC (Installation Process Quality Control Cheek Sheet).
• Rotation of Quality and Adjuster person to monitor Quality and ensure compliance as per company standards.
• Overall timeline management of project as per customer planning and expectation.

• Stage wise Quality Checking pf Elevator :

1st Stage Checking- Rail and Entrance Checking

2nd Stage Checking- Platform and Bedplate Checking.

• Adjustment- Elevator Start Up (Slow Speed), Normal (High Speed)

• Balancing and Load weighing.

• IPQC (Installation Process Quality Control Sheet) Report Submission

• Study and submit the correct (FTDR) Field Test and Data Report

• Vendor Management : Shortlisting based on prerequisites, training and certification, On boarding.

Issuing CAW, Purchase Orders, Billing etc.

• Conduction Technical and Induction training for New Joining Employee and subcontractor employee

• Conduct Monthly (TBT) Toolbox Talk of subcontractor employee 

• Monitor and management of Subcontractor Manpower.

• Maintain documentation as per Otis Standards at office and site.

• Resolved customer issues professionally with solution oriented approach.

• Analyze reports from field personnel of site progress in order to plan strategies accordingly. 

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
