• Actively participated in conducting research in various legal issues.

instruments act.

• Actively involved in drafting Petitions, Plaints, Replies, Written Statements and all

other applications in disputes relating to civil matters, commercial matters, cyber matters,

disputes arising out of Negotiable Instruments Act, alternate dispute resolution

(mainly arbitration), disputes relating to industries and labour laws.

• Actively involved in drafting notices and reply to notices relating to civil disputes,

commercial disputes, insolvency disputes, alternate dispute resolution,

negotiable instrument disputes.

• Drafted and registered Lease agreements, sale agreements, Power of Attorney,

Will, Gift deeds. Drafted and provided Legal opinions for a number of clients.

• Legal Research for number of civil, commercial and criminal cases.

• Attending district court sessions in Kolhapur, Sangli and Ratnagiri.

• Assisting in preparing drafts of notices, petitions, replies to notices, written

statements.
