- Order execution by setting up bill of materials, designing valve body and allied parts, preparing documents like design files, test procedures, PMI procedures, engineering specification etc.
- Performing O-ring calculations to determine proper selection, calculated suitable clamping pressure for optimal seating, and validated valve performance on test rig.
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on valves to simulate actual flow conditions and analyze results.

- Managing engineering change request(ECR), engineering change notes(ECN) and other support required for product sustenance.
